We specialize in offering compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy for adults, teens, and children in Dallas, Houston, and across Texas who are experiencing OCD and Anxiety Disorders including Social Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Specific Phobias, and Generalized Anxiety Disorder.

We understand how overwhelming OCD and other anxiety conditions can be; therefore, we are passionate about being prudently equipped to address the specific suffering. Our therapists are trained in the gold standard, evidence-based approach for OCD: Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). We also apply Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Inference-based CBT (I-CBT), and mindfulness-based CBT integratively.

Please know that hope is available. Also, as many are hesitant to engage exposure therapy, it is helpful to know that the aim of an exposure is not to scare you, but to show you that you can experience fear and not perform a compulsion. We emphasize that OCD is a disorder of compulsions and begin with a systematic process of uncovering covert compulsions and arming our clients with techniques to eliminate compulsions prior to beginning exposures.
